leadership; and business & educational organizations should be conducting
the research & technology. Plasma Cosmology, Modern
Kaluza-Klein Theory, Government Research & Technology, Matter-AntiMatter
Science & People's Dreams will be the basis for exploring space..

Plasma Cosmology replaces the Steady State Theories (1950's -
1960's) & Big Bang Theories (1960's - 1990's) of the Universe. The
"Plasma Universe" was first conceived by Hannes Alfven, a
Swedish physicist and is consistent with symmetry between matter &
antimatter, and thousands of scientific experiments.

Kaluza-Klein
Theory
unifies Maxwell's Theory of Electromagnetic
and Einstein's Theory of General Relativity & Gravity by adding a
fifth dimension. Modern Kaluza-Klein Theory can be applied across a broad field of science
and technology.

Research
and Development,
developed by the federal government over the last fifty years, should be
declassified to jump starting the space exploration and eliminate duplicating
billions of dollars research and development.

Matter-AntiMatter Science
provides
unlimited opportunities for using antimatter to benefit humanity. Antimatter can be used, as a
unlimited natural source of energy, to bring every country in the world into the 21st
century without destroying our environment and turn the Star Trek Dream into
