News Release 51 - Gamma-Rays Bursts
Wednesday, June 9, 2004

According to the New York Times article, the gamma-ray bursts, which scientists have been studying for over forty years, are caused by antimatter comets colliding with stars throughout the universe.  In our solar system, hundreds of antimatter sungrazer comets are colliding with the sun every year and producing enormous sunspots and explosions range from millions to trillions of Megatons of TNT.

Since gamma-ray bursts are taking place throughout the universe, the universe must be composed of both matter and antimatter, which was theorized by Paul Dirac, a Nobel Laureate, over seventy years ago. This evidence supports the Plasma Universe model that was conceived by Hannes Alfven, a Nobel Laureate, in 1966.  Plasma Cosmology is based upon a broad foundation of observations, scientific phenomenon, and symmetry between matter and antimatter.  For more information, please read Anthony L. Peratt's book Physics of the Plasma Universe.

If the gamma-ray bursts are taking place throughout the universe, the Plasma Universe model, which assumes there is similar quantities of matter and antimatter, is the right model; and the Big Bang model, which assumes there is only matter in the universe, must be wrong.
