People must understand and respect society's customs and traditions.

Politicians, scientists, engineers, educators, businesses and judicial leaders will be open to new ideas and work together to the benefit of humanity.  The use of military force to bring about change will come to an end.  Military forces will be needed to keep militant organizations from destroying our society.  People's rich traditions and customs will continue to improve our culture.  Organizations will empower billions of people to turn their dreams into reality.   

Political organizations will move from compliance with billions of rules, regulations, and laws to policies based on outcome goals and objectives to help their people fulfill their dreams.  Some examples:

• The U.S. Supreme Court will determine that administrative organizations to not have the authority to legislate: write billions of rules & regulation governing people's lives. The U.S. Constitution has given this power to the U.S. Congress.  Billions of bureaucratic rules & regulations will eliminated.  

• A "World-Class" United States Education Public System will provide students information and knowledge on how to they can fulfill their dreams.  The hundreds of educational programs will be eliminated and replaced with a "World-Class" Elementary and High School Performance Objectives and Measures that hold school boards, superintendents and principals accountable. 

Politicians will promote technological advancements to benefit society.  Social entitlements for the rich, bureaucracy, and keep people busy will end.  Scientists and engineers will continue to make quantum leaps in science and technology.  Educators will provide students with information and knowledge to fulfill their dreams throughout their lives.  Judges will make their decision based upon wisdom and knowledge of the people they serve.
